IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE A CHILD ENROLLED IN DOLLY’S, YOU MAY ENROLL YOUR RETURNING CHILD OR A NEW SIBLING FOR NEXT FALL STARTING NOW.  Forms will also be emailed to you when this newsletter is published.
Beginning December 1, 2018, we will open enrollment for our 3 year-old class to our current families as well as families without children currently enrolled at Dolly’s.
As of January 1, 2019, registrations for the middle and older class will also be open to our families as well as families without children currently enrolled at Dolly’s. Last year all our morning classes and most of our afternoon classes for 4 and 5 year-old children were sold out within 14 days. Remember, since many children who attended two days this year may sign up for three next year and many parents of children who attended afternoons this year may want their child in the morning classes next fall. So we may not be able to guarantee a specific class and time by the end of the month even for returning children. WE URGE YOU TO SEND IN YOUR FORMS IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Also, please read the 2019- 2020 Tuition Payment Policy carefully. The new rates are on the back. PLEASE NOTE: THE NEW RATES ON THE 2019 - 2020 TUITION STATEMENT BEGIN NEXT FALL (SEPTEMBER 2019). This is not an increase in your current (2018-2019) tuition rates.

We will be closed for the Christmas, February, and April school vacation weeks. There is no charge for these weeks. These weeks have already been deducted from your tuition payments. Remember, your monthly, and quarterly tuition payments remain the same for the whole year. This year’s Christmas, February, and April vacation week’s dates are as follows: The Christmas recess will begin on Wednesday, December 19th and we will return on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. February Vacation will start on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 and children will return on Monday, February 25, 2019. April Vacation will be from April 13, 2019 through April 21, 2019. Please mark your calendars!
Please note the following schedule change: As we did last year, we will remain open for some extra days at the end of the school year. We will be open through Tuesday, June 11th instead of closing on Thursday, June 6th as we would have in the past. Unless you are paying tuition weekly, there is no charge for the three extra days.  Note: We are delaying the start of camp until June 24th. Please mark your calendars.

We would like to have all the tickets and money returned by December 13th (We will have a table selling tickets at the pageant.). If a winner is not present we'll hold the basket for them and contact them after the 15th. The PTAB thanks you for your generosity and support!

Reminder, please turn around in our driveway if it is accessible or at the end of our street if our driveway is not accessible, and park facing toward Rte. 228.  If you have to turn around at the bottom of the street, use the road between the stone posts and avoid using our neighbor’s driveways.
Please pull as far forward as possible. The first car to park should park alongside the picnic tables on the playground.  Please try to limit your time at school to keep spaces available for other parents.  If you wish to stay at school for a bit, please arrive a few minutes late instead of early. This will keep spaces open during the busy time. The speed limit on Pine Street is 10 MPH.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Snow Cancellations. If we have snow, an email will be sent to all parents announcing that school is either canceled, opening late, or open regular hours. NOTE: We do not always follow the decisions of the Hingham/Hull /Cohasset Public Schools. Our decisions are also posted on our website at on the Storm Center page.
